訂單確認：
付款成功後閣下將於1小時內收到確認電郵。電郵有機會被移至“推廣”或“垃圾”郵箱，請務必查看。如果閣下訂購時沒有提供電郵地址，將不會收到確認電郵，系統會改為發送手機信息。
送貨日期及地址：
送貨日期及地址會在確認電郵中顯示，若沒有顯示日期則閣下訂購時沒有選擇送貨日期。若訂購中秋系列產品沒有選擇送貨日期，系統會自動於9月15日至26日期間出貨。
送貨安排：
送貨服務由委任順豐恆慍運輸及Lalamove專車送貨，送貨日期預計會於閣下訂購時所揀選的日期派送，一般工商地址派件時間至18:00，住宅地址派件時間至20:00，司機派件上門前會先致電聯絡，派件時間或會因為交通情況而有所延遲，敬請諒解。
如果閣下訂購時候沒有提供電郵，將不會收到任何電郵通知，系統會改為發送手機信息。
更改及備註有關送貨及訂單資料需於5個工作天前電郵通知。

Order Confirmation:
You’ll receive an order confirmation email once the payment is settled. The email might be redirected to “Promotion” or “Junk” file. Please check the files as well.
If you do not provide an email upon ordering, you WILL NOT receive any email. The system will send it by SMS instead.
Shipping Date and Address:
You can find your shipping date and address in your confirmation email. If you do not find the shipping date, that means you did not select a shipping date upon ordering, and the system will automatically schedule the shipping from 16 to 17 Jan 2023.
Shipping Arrangements:
Delivery service will be provided by SF Express & Lalamove. Orders will be delivered according to the selected date for delivery.
Latest delivery time for industrial and commercial areas and residential areas are 18:00 and 20:00 respectively. Delivery driver will call before dispatch. Delivery time may be delayed due to unforeseen traffic congestions, we appreciate your patience.
